Preston Beach Escape: The Story Behind the Stay (Part 2)

It's been over a year since I wrote Part 1. If you haven't read it, go back and start there — it tells the story of how this house came to be, and why I almost let it go.

A lot has happened since then.

The house has been quietly evolving. New rooms. New styling. A level of detail that I don't think I could have imagined when I first took it on. Every corner is considered, every space is thought about, not just for how it looks but for how it makes people feel when they're in it.

So that’s where things stand. The house keeps teaching me what it wants to be, and I’m just following its lead.
